Announcing the Residential Financing Scheme (Ukraine)

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM - June 5, 2023 - The Roerich Institute of Technology (“RIT”) has agreed with the Athens Property Exchange (“APX”) to run a trial entry into the Ukrainian residential market until end of 2023 and test the global investor appetites for investing into Ukrainian properties.

The combination of the situation and opportunity in Ukraine and the innovative exchange format of property investing that simplifies and secures transactions providing confidence and attractive financial opportunity for all parties involved has already been met with enthusiasm and support by the current investor group active on the exchange, which is on a stable growth trend.

To deliver the ability for Ukrainians to list their properties on APX in the most advantageous way, herein RIT is announcing the Residential Financing Scheme (Ukraine) which is all about the creation of opportunity for Ukrainians (initially limited to Zakarpattia Oblast) to earn money from their existing residential properties, either by selling in full or by selling a part and retaining real control of said properties.

To enable Ukrainians to list their properties at zero cost to them, RIT has setup the Financial Freedom fund that was funded by HSH Michail Roerich directly in full, for the sum of 10 million BCP (Commonwealth pounds) which is approximately 1 billion UAH (Ukrainian hryvnia), which shall be used for the purposes of initially supporting the first 10,000 families within the Residential Financing Scheme (Ukraine) by covering all the listing fees in full.
