Residential Financing Scheme (Ukraine)

Overview

The Residential Financing Scheme (Ukraine) is all about the creation of opportunity for Ukrainians (initially limited to Zakarpattia Oblast) to earn money from their existing residential properties, either by selling in full or by selling a part and retaining real control of said properties.

Who can apply

Any citizen of Ukraine living in Zakarpattia Oblast may apply.


What you’ll get

1,000 BCP will be credited to your Commonwealth Wallet.

Completion of process under scheme leads to your property being listed on the Athens Property Exchange.


What you'll need to apply

To apply you will need your British Ukraine Citizen ID and a Commonwealth Wallet opened in the name of the primary owner of the property being listed on the exchange.

The application

Complete, sign and send to rfs.ua@rit.gr the Memorandum on Residential Financing.


What happens next

You receive the credit.


Property Valuation

TBU - property valuation happens at fixed cost of 380 BCP.


Property Registration

TBU - lawyers submit form for trust registration, property valuation and the Commonwealth Registrar registers trust at a fixed incorporation cost of 30 BCP, property is registered on trust, lawyers submit property registration for user and lawyers receive a fixed cost of 150 BCP after sending certificate to user.


Final step

You can list the property at the exchange.
